Common questions
When they're ready to order, they enter their unique gift code at checkout and the value is deducted from their total. If their order is less than the voucher value, the remainder stays on the code for future use.
The voucher code is emailed to you as the buyer. You can then forward it, print it, or share it however you like — perhaps alongside a handwritten note explaining the gift.
No problem — they simply pay the difference at checkout using any standard payment method. The voucher value is applied first and the balance is charged normally.
Yes — add more than one voucher to your bag and they'll combine into a single order. For example, a £50 and a £10 together make a £60 gift. Every voucher code is separate, so you can even give a couple of codes together for the same reason.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months. If a voucher hasn't been used and is close to expiry, get in touch — we'll always try to be reasonable.
